ADM expands stockfeed services to Taranaki
ADM New Zealand is excited to announce the expansion of its stockfeed business to the Taranaki region, headed up by new Lower North Island Sales Manager Grant Gibson.
“We’re really thrilled about our expansion into Taranaki,’’ said Ross Bowmar, General Manager with ADM New Zealand.
“ADM started its NZ operations under the Toepfer Stockfeed banner four years ago with a leased store in the Mount. Today, ADM services NZ dairy farmers from the Mount, Waharoa, Bluff, Timaru, and now Taranaki ex New Plymouth.’’
The company’s sustained growth in NZ is partly due to its origin to the farm gate supply chain, but also because of it’s great local people.
“We welcome Grant to the team. His experience and insight will be invaluable for not only our business, but farmers in the region,” Ross said.
Grant has lived in the region all his life, growing up on the family dairy farm in South Taranaki. While he may be keen on the outdoors via his mountain bike or wetting a line, his primary passion is to deliver the best possible service to local famers and assist them in making the best informed stockfeed decisions.
“I am proud to continue my strong connection with the local dairy industry and ADM, together with local farmers. I am looking forward to developing old and new relationships over the journey,” Grant said.
ADM can supply local farmers with PKE today, and in the future Corn Gluten Feed Pellets, Distillers Dried Grain and Soybean meal. More products will come online for the start of the 2018 dairy season.
